Our Hostel features bed sitting rooms with builtin Wardrobe, bathroom, kitchenette and veranda.Each building in the Hostel has a communal lounge room with a TV and Video.The residents rooms are wired for private telephone and antenna points. Medical practitioners visit the Hostel on a regular basis.Personal Carers provide necessary care for our Residents 24 hours a day .The Hostel also provides diversional therapists which are responsible for Resident's spiritual and leisure activities.

Our Nursing Home features 24 duble and 10 single bed rooms with an emergency call system.Residents socialise in our lounge rooms and Activity areas in comfortable surroudings.They also have the option of watching Croatian satellite television in all Residents rooms.Our staff treat Residents of the Nursing Home like residents in their own home rather that as a sick patient in a hospital.Our Nursing Home Residents are cared for by Registred Nurses 24 hours a day.Doctors visit the Nursing Home on a regular basis.We also provide phisiotherapy,aromatherapy and diversional therapy for our Residents.

Cardinal Stepinac Village was build by the Australian Croatian Community to provide culturally appropriate residential aged care and services for the elderly members of our community.

Although the Cardinal Stepinac village is an ethno specific aged care provider for the Australian Croatian community, the village does admit residents from different national origins when possible. By looking after the aged of our community we free the needed places in the mainstream aged care facilities and also improve the lifestyle of the many aged who have forgotten or lost their capacity to communicate in their second language English.
